Nordic Walking

Nordic walking is a form of fitness walking using specifically designed poles and a learned technique to produce a low impact, high-result, total body workout. It activates 90% of your body's muscles and burns up to 46% more calories compared to regular walking. It is ideal for reducing joint impact, strengthening for upper body, and improves cardiovascular workout by 25%. Debbie and Craig Twinn are accredited Instructors with the Nordic Academy Australia and offer individual or class sessions on Nordic Walking.
