Exercise Programs

To improve muscle control, balance, muscle length, coordination, joint range, stiffness, and reduce pain, exercise forms an important role. Our exercise programs are developed specifically for each patient and performed as a home program that assists in more rapid recovery. Our clinic has a Pilates studio and a gym area that can assist with exercise and we visit local gyms for further program development.
